Our tubers are stored at cold temperatures and may still be dormant at time of shipping, so eyes may be difficult to discern upon receipt. Every tuber is carefully inspected and guaranteed to have at least one viable eye for growth. 

Dahlia tuber sales are final. Once orders are placed, we cannot make changes or add or subtract items. 

We cannot be responsible for tubers once they have been stored or planted by customers. With your shipment you'll receive detailed planting information and tips for care; please follow it carefully. If there is an issue with your order, please email us within one week of receipt.
