Our superfine continuous mister makes getting a super smooth finish and colour blending with Fusion a breeze! The trick is to not add too much water, a little goes a very long way.

Our paints use mineral pigments, adding too much water can give you pigmentation streaks.

It can also be used to dampen your brushes and rollers while painting to increase paint flow as it is a little bit easier with an ever so slightly dampened brush or roller.

The Fusion mister could also be used as a vessel for your TSP Alternative and water, be prep ready for your next project with a Fusion Mineral Paint water mister.

Be sure to label your mister with the content inside. Always test your methods prior to tackling your project!

Sanding Sponges & Pads offer the same high-quality abrasives as sheets but are often easier to use because they’re easy to hold and have durable foam backing.

Our wide variety of grits can help you at any stage of your project – from wet or dry sanding on drywall to super-fine finishing on wood or metal.

Ultra Fine, 220 grit

PREPARATION:

Mix 1/4 a bottle (15ml) – 1/2 a bottle of Extender (30ml) together with a pint. 1 bottle is good for to 2-4 pints. Adding more is not recommended as it will impact your drying and curing time. 

CLEAN UP:

Soap and water.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Prep your piece as you would to paint with Fusion Mineral Paint. Clean your piece with TSP and give it a light scuff sand.

APPLICATION:

Once mixed with Fusion Mineral Paint, apply paint as usual. You will notice a longer open drying time, thus giving you time to work with the paint and smooth out brush strokes. Once your first coat fully dries, apply a subsequent coats as needed. We recommend waiting at least 4 hours between coats when using the Extender. Should you notice that applying your second coat is lifting off the first, either too much extender was used, or it needs more time to dry and cure before applying another coat.

Recommended ratio of 15 mL per pint (500 mL) of paint.

Using too much of this product will increase drying time substantially, but also increases cure time.  Add maximum 10% of original paint volume.

• Add no more than 10% extender into your paint for a flawless finish.

Perfect for those high traffic surfaces such as table tops, our non-yellowing water-based wipe on sealer, easily applied with a damp lint free cloth and dries to a matte finish.

Shake gently before use. If applying to a recently painted surface, allow 12-24 hours of drying time before applying. For best results, use with a damp lint free rag and apply two coats 2-4 hours apart. In humid areas, longer drying times may be required.

Be sure to gently mix your Tough Coat™ prior to using it as the matting agent and other ingredients may settle to the bottom.

Do not shake vigorously as this will cause air bubbles in your piece that are difficult to remove once applied.

These Tough Coat sponges have been made to take the stress away from your top coat step! 

Made with an ergonomic grip for your hands, our sponges provide extra stability and ease while applying our Tough Coat.  

 It is easiest to pour your Tough Coat on a disposable paper plate.  Slightly dampen your sponge with water and dip it evenly in our Tough Coat. Start at one end of your project and do a solid swipe in one direction. Repeat this process over your entire piece.  Ensuring you always wipe your sponge in one direction only. Do not wipe backwards over the wet Tough Coat surface. Wiping backwards will cause air bubbles to form in your Tough Coat. To ensure a smooth, streak free application wipe in one direction.  

Let your Tough Coat dry for approximately 2-4 hours and then repeat the process.  

When using these sponges, you can keep them in a ziplock bag with the air removed to prevent it from drying between coats.  

Clean up time? Simple.  Use our Brush Cleaner and water to rinse out the residue in your sponge.  Rinse well and let dry. 

Keep your sponge for future projects. 

You can reuse your sponge for approximately 3-5 times.
