Zinnia ‘Oklahoma Salmon’ is one of the most prolifically blooming zinnias you can grow. Warm salmon and peach-toned double blooms appear in generous quantities, creating a steady supply of flowers that slip effortlessly into almost any bouquet. The smaller flower size makes this variety especially versatile, perfect for adding softness and balance without overpowering an arrangement.
Long, strong stems and a heat-loving nature make this an easy, reliable summer crop. A true cut-and-come-again performer, it rewards frequent harvesting with even more blooms, solving the need for consistent color all season long. Beginner-friendly and endlessly useful, it’s a staple for cutting gardens.

Seed Sowing & Growing Notes:
Start seeds indoors 4 to 6 weeks before last frost, then transplant outdoors once all danger of frost has passed. Zinnias can also be direct-seeded after the weather has warmed. Pinching encourages branching and increased bloom production.
Harvesting & Vase Life:
Use the wiggle test before cutting. Hold the stem about 8 inches below the bloom and gently shake. If the stem bends, wait. If it remains firm and upright, it is ready to harvest. Do not place zinnias in the cooler. Zinnias can cloud vase water quickly, so add a few drops of bleach to keep stems fresh. Expect a vase life of about 7 days.
