First off, you’re amazing. Thank you for your patience while we took a little holiday breather (and probably ate way too much pie).
This is your friendly reminder about orders placed between December 20th and January 2nd.
As mentioned in our website header (and the many newsletters and social posts where we might have sounded like a broken record), we were on a well-deserved break for us and our staff, hosting family, catching up on holiday cheer, and yes, surviving Aunt Mildred’s fruitcake.
The good news? We’re back! 🎉 As of January 3rd, our team has been working regular business hours of Monday - Friday, through orders like Santa’s elves on double espresso.
The not-so-good news? With such a wildly successful sale, there are a lot of orders to get through. But don’t worry—we’re on it!
If you haven’t received a tracking notification or pick-up email yet, your order is still in line waiting for its big moment. Like a toddler on Christmas morning, we’re working fast—but thoughtfully (we promise your package won’t look like it’s been wrapped by said toddler).
A little PSA: Every minute we spend replying to emails means fewer minutes packing orders, and frankly, nobody wants that. If it’s not urgent, hang tight—we’ll get back to you soon. If it is urgent, don’t worry; we’ll get you sorted faster than we can polish off leftover holiday cookies.
