Zinnia ‘Giant Lime’ is anything but ordinary. Its Granny Smith apple-green blooms are densely packed with petals, creating broad, sculptural flowers that feel fresh, unexpected, and incredibly versatile. As one of the largest-flowered zinnias available, it delivers an exceptionally high percentage of full, double blooms that hold their shape beautifully.
Tall plants with long, sturdy stems and excellent disease resistance make this variety a reliable workhorse in the cutting garden. It solves the need for a neutral-with-a-twist flower that pairs effortlessly with both soft pastels and rich jewel tones, adding brightness and balance to any arrangement.

Seed Sowing & Growing Notes:
Start seeds indoors 4 to 6 weeks before last frost, then transplant outdoors once all danger of frost has passed. Zinnias can also be direct-seeded after the weather has warmed. Pinching encourages branching and increased bloom production.
Harvesting & Vase Life:
Use the wiggle test before cutting. Hold the stem about 8 inches below the bloom and gently shake. If the stem bends, wait. If it stays firm and upright, it is ready to harvest. Do not place zinnias in the cooler. Zinnias can cloud vase water quickly, so add a few drops of bleach to keep stems fresh. Expect a vase life of about 7 days.
