Sunflower ‘Ruby Eclipse’ is a true garden workhorse with serious style. One of the fastest-flowering varieties available, it produces a steady stream of bicolor blooms in creamy ivory, dusty rose, and deep ruby red. Each plant branches beautifully, delivering armfuls of flowers over the course of a full month from a single planting.
The side branches are perfectly sized for bouquets, making this variety especially loved by growers who want abundance without sacrificing beauty. Easy to grow and quick to reward, it solves the need for early, reliable colour while adding warmth and depth to both garden rows and floral arrangements.

Seed Sowing & Growing Notes:
Direct-seed outdoors once all danger of frost has passed, or start indoors in trays and transplant after 2 to 3 weeks. Pinching at 18 inches tall encourages branching and extended production.
Harvesting & Vase Life:
Harvest when the first petals begin to lift from the central disk. Remove about three-quarters of the leaves from the stem before placing in water. Expect a vase life of 7 to 10 days.
