Snapdragon ‘Costa Summer Lavender’ brings depth and atmosphere to the cutting garden in a way few flowers can. Smoky mauve-pink buds rise on elegant light brown stems, opening into warm rose-lavender blooms that mature into a silvery, metallic pink. The color shift gives each stem a layered, lived-in look that feels both antique and modern at once.
This variety is especially loved for its versatility in arranging. It pairs effortlessly with creams, soft blushes, deeper plums, and earthy greens, making it a quiet standout in moody palettes and refined garden bouquets. Despite its nuanced coloring, it is wonderfully productive, with long, strong stems that hold their shape and perform reliably in the vase.

Seed Sowing & Growing Notes:
Start seeds indoors 8 to 10 weeks before last frost. Transplant outdoors once the weather has warmed. Seeds are very small, so bottom-watering is recommended until seedlings emerge to prevent disturbance.
Harvesting & Vase Life:
Harvest when only the bottom 2 to 3 flowers on a stem are open, before insects can pollinate them. Expect a vase life of 7 to 10 days.
