Globe Amaranth ‘White’ is one of those quietly essential flowers every cutting garden needs. Snow-white, clover-like blooms sit atop wiry, branching stems, appearing in generous sprays that add lightness and structure to bouquets. This heat-loving annual thrives through the warmest days of summer and keeps producing when other flowers slow down. Seed Sowing & Growing Notes:
Start seeds indoors 4 to 6 weeks before last frost. Transplant outdoors once all danger of frost has passed. Globe amaranth loves heat and sunshine and performs best once temperatures are consistently warm.
Harvesting & Vase Life:
Harvest when flowers are fully colored and stems are firm. Expect a vase life of 14 days or more. To dry, allow blooms to open completely, then hang stems upside down in a warm, dark place for several weeks until dry.
