Globe Amaranth ‘Pink’ is one of those quietly perfect flowers that works hard and looks beautiful doing it. Rounded, button-like blooms open in a gentle blush and deepen toward the base, giving each flower subtle dimension and depth. Carried on wiry, branching stems, the blooms appear in generous sprays that add texture and rhythm to bouquets without feeling heavy.
This heat-loving annual thrives when summer is at its peak, making it a reliable choice when other flowers start to slow down. Seed Sowing & Growing Notes:
Start seeds indoors 4 to 6 weeks before last frost. Transplant outdoors once all danger of frost has passed. Globe amaranth loves warmth and sunshine and performs best once temperatures are consistently warm.
Harvesting & Vase Life:
Harvest when flowers are fully colored and stems feel firm. Expect a vase life of 14 days or more. For drying, allow blooms to open completely, then hang upside down in a warm, dark place for several weeks until fully dry.
