Seed Sowing & Growing Notes:
Cold-tolerant and best direct-seeded in fall or early spring, as plants do not enjoy being transplanted. Starting indoors can be tricky, but chilling seeds in the freezer for 10 to 14 days before sowing can improve germination. For a longer harvest window, sow two plantings about one month apart.
Harvesting & Vase Life:
Harvest blooms when they are one-quarter to one-half open. When cutting full sprays, wait until roughly half of the flowers on a stem are open. Expect a vase life of approximately 7 days.
