Wedding Info & Consultation

We highly recommend meeting in person!  This way we get a quote to you in a timely manner.  Bring photos and a list of items you require - for example, Pinterest is a popular way to showcase your ideas, create a mood board and find your style.

We do understand that our bride comes from all over the province, so if you can't make it here before our consultation deadline, the next best thing would be a detailed email:

  • Names: First & Last of both partners
  • Best Contact phone number during the day
  • Wedding Date
  • Wedding Venue: Ceremony & Reception
  • Floral ideas & Specifics
  • List of items required with the numbers, ie: how many bridesmaids, how many centerpieces, family, other larger arrangments/installations needed, etc.
  • Inspiration photos - these are VERY important!  This ensures w have the most accurate idea of your style.
  • Budget. This is crucial information - without your budget, it's very difficult for us to work up a design plan.

Please be patient with us!  Due to our high volume of emails and the fact we are a working shop, it may take us a bit to get back to you.  If you require immediate assistance or you do not hear from us after 7 days, please give us a quick call and we can prioritize your request.


Booking & Quotes

When we receive all your information as requested, we will provide you with a generalized quote.  We do not accept bookings without first providing a quote.

Once you sign the contract we provide attached to the quote, then we require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure the date.

Your booking is only confirmed after we receive a signed contract, quote AND your 50% deposit. 

Receiving a quote does not guarantee a booking as we take our bookings on a first-paid-first-serve basis, and only take a limited number of bookings a season.   Please note, all quotes are only valid for a maximum of 14 days, after send-date.

All deposits are non-refundable & final payment is due two weeks prior to the event.  If final payment is not received the two weeks prior contract may be null and void.

All deposits and payments may be made via: by credit card over the phone (306)463-3143, or in-store.  Please do not e-mail payment information!

Quotes are not set in stone.  Items & numbers can be changed with a minimum notice of 6 weeks prior to the wedding.  ANY changes made past this 6-week mark are at our discretion, are subject to availability and may incur a late change fee.

Bridal Bouquets - starting at $250

Bridesmaids Bouquet - starting at $75

Boutonniere - starting at $30

Corsage - starting at $35

Floral Crown - starting at $65

Centerpieces - starting at $60

Garland/Flat Lay - starting at $20/ foot

Installations, ie. arches, swags, etc - starting at $350

$750 minimum order is required.

Set-Up, Take-Down and Rental services are also available and must be coordinated at time of booking.

Delivery is charged upon destination and items required.
