Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Canadian nationally observed holidays.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or back ordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment or an opportunity to cancel the item.
Shipping & Handling Charges
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $14.95 on all Canadian orders. For express delivery, add $15 respectively.

After your order is placed, you will receive a notification email when your order is ready for pickup. Please note that you will be not charged for your order at this time.
When picking up your order, please bring your order confirmation email (print out or show on your mobile device). Once every item in your order is ready for pickup, your order will be held for three days. Orders not picked up within this time frame will be cancelled, and all items will be re-stocked.
PO Boxes & Street Addresses
We ship to all Canadian street or PO Box addresses via Canada Post.
We do not offer backorders on any items at this time.
If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
