At Clementine Home Floral Gift, we stand behind the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our store, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

In Store Purchase — Return & Exchange Policy

Some things just aren’t meant to be. 

 

Regular-Priced Merchandise

Within 7 days of purchase: you can return your item in-store and receive a refund to the original method of payment.

Within 14 days of purchase: you can exchange your item in-store, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit in the form of a Gift Card.

 

Sale Merchandise 

Unfortunately, all Sale or Discounted items are Final Sale during any purchase.

 

Special, Custom or Pre- Order Items

As always, these items were brough into the Shop specifically for You.  Meaning all Special, Custom or Pre-Ordered items are Final Sale during any purchase.

 

Return & Exchange Details

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags and packaging must be in tact and attached and you will always have to present a valid receipt.  NO Receipt, NO Returns, NO Exceptions!

Please note that hosiery, socks, jewelry and all intimates are final sale.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, refunded or replaced. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.

 A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. 

 

 

Shipped Online Purchase — Return & Exchange Policy

Not quite right? That’s OK. You can return online purchases in-store or mail it back to us following the information below.

 

IMPORTANT: SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NEVER CLEMENTINE'S RESPONSBILITY.

Within 7 days of the shipping date to you, you must contact us to claim a refund is needed: You can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment, once item has been recieved back in-store.

After 14 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

To notifiy us of a return/exchange needed and to return an item by mail please email clementinehfg@gmail.com or call us at (306) 463-3143 and we will send you all of the proper shipping instructions.  Please note, we never cover shipping.

Gift Return & Exchange Policy

Well, this is awkward.

If you received a gift that you’d like to exchange please present the original Gift reciept accompanying the Gift in-store or by contacting us at clementinehfg@gmail.com or call us at (306) 463-3143.  Gift Exchanges fall under the same rules as any other In-Store or Online purchases.  

Gifts can only be Exchanged, and payment will never be returned to original form of payment.

If you are purchasing a Gift, please inquire about our Gift reciepts during check out.
