At Clementine Home Floral Gift, we stand behind the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our store, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

In Store Purchase — Return & Exchange Policy

Some things just aren’t meant to be. 

Regular-Priced Merchandise

Within 14 days of purchase: you can return your item and receive a refund to the original method of payment.

Within 30 days of purchase: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit.

Sale Merchandise

Within 7 days of the purchase date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.

Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.

Unfortunately, all Clearance items marked with an 'X' are Final Sale during any purchase.

Return & Exchange Details

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags and packaging must be in tact and attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt.

Please note that hosiery, jewelry and all intimates except bralettes are final sale.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.

 

 

Shipped Online Purchase — Return & Exchange Policy

Not quite right? That’s OK. You can return online purchases in-store or mail it back to us following the step-by-step instructions below.

IMPORTANT: SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another card and mailed to your billing address.

To return an item by mail please email clementinehfg@gmail.com or call us at (306) 463-3143 and we will send you a return label with all of the proper shipping instructions.

Gift Return & Exchange Policy

Well, this is awkward.

If you received a gift that you’d like to exchange please contact us directly for help at clementinehfg@gmail.com or call (306) 463-3143. You can return the item within 10 days of the shipping date, or exchange it for a merchandise credit within 30 days of the shipping date.

The process of Gift exchanges is quickened if you are/were provided with a complimentary Gift Receipt.  Please inquire during check out.
